Need help in building transmitter and receiver

Hei,
I need help in in building a scratch transmitter and reciver at home. I am using it for me project of a flying ball. I need the circuit diagram, parts list,and other data or where I can get plans and/or information on making a transmitter and receiver set and a motor speed controller.
