Miles 2 Meter

I am currently building a Miles 2 Meter and have a question for anyone who has flown this plane. Is there a need for washout in the inner tip or outer tip panels?

We have flown 3 of the Miles, mine, Larry's and Phillip's, and they fly great just built as per the plans.

We built ours with the optional spoiler and it came in at 30 oz.
