When I was in the U.S.Navy, if there was a hurricane headed towards a port, every ship that could get underway hauled tail. No Captain wanted to face the Navy if something like that happened. In Charleston, S.C. all the ships had to leave port for a hurricane and there was a line of Navy and commercial ships heading out to sea for hours. Talk about a traffic jam. Dennis
