Flaming wars aside...
I'm thinking of restoring my old Morley MXA, provided I can get hold of the
few parts that I need. The reason for restoring it is to finish off the
3-blade Westland Lynx kit that I started building abut 12 years ago. At the
time, I know one of the issues was fitting an exhaust system that would be
able to fit inside the body without having to cut great big chunks of the
side.
So the other night - (OK, I admit it - I'm a bit slow - only took me 12
years!) I thought about using a 4-stroke FS52 OS with one of those
flexi-wire extender on the muffler. It might just work...
But I would like to know if anyone on this news group ever had the same kit
and how the muffler problem was solved? The documentation for the body kit
didn't include any info at all on engine and how to get it fitted.
Hopefully....
Regards, Thomas
