Here is a question.
I did a preorder on the new F-16 and was billed for it on 9/11 and told it shipped out also on that day, but never got an E-mail with tracking.
Started E-mailing HL, most were ignored, but did get an e-mail last week from the CEO and told it would go right out, still no plane.
Called Weds, Thurs, and Friday of last week. Told everyday that it would ship right out. Still no tracking, still not shipped.
Called again on Saturday, told a manual over ride of the system was done and my plane would ship out Monday with Next day shipment. Having trouble believing that.
Not very happy at all with the customer service at HL and doubt I will order from them again. I understand problems and glitches happen, but the ignored E-mails and the unresolved problems after all the phone calls is a bit much in my book. :mad:
I was looking forward to purchasing the upgrade kit for the plane as well, think now I will get the parts elsewhere.
