It's in excellent condition. It's got 2 tiny dings on it that you can't even see because I've got a cover and screen protector on it.

I currently run the phone on T-Mobile and it works great, it even does wireless Internet with the $5.99 T-Zones package (cheaper than AT&T).

$400 includes the original box, all accessories except the earbuds, and the case and screen protector.
