WIG craft at the NEAT fair?

I found this pic in the photo section of the NEAT fair section.

It looks like a WIG but I can't confirm it...
anyone else know what it is?

I've confirmed its not a WIG.
flies like an airplane. If you changed the AOA on the wings and stab I bet it could be a wig though... :)

That is a Rutan Quickie. Definitely NOT a WIG.

well, just about any plane could be a "wig" as long as its flying very close to the ground. it is from aircraft that wigs came from in a way, "wing-in-ground effect" says it all. many planes overshoot landings because they forget how much the ground effect makes them linger just over the ground.

I just had the craziest idea for a wig... its so nuts, it might just work!
