"For identification purposes of the Crescent Towing tugs in Hurricane Gustav, the names of the tugs are MARDI GRAS on the left and PROVIDENCE barely visible in the spray on the left. They were taken by the captain of the Crescent Towing tug MISSISSIPPI at Darrow, La., Mile 175 on the lower Mississippi River, which is 80 miles ABOVE New Orleans.
