I ordered some items on Friday, Aug. 29.. I ordered two spare foam wing sets and a spare tail set for a Wind Dragon. I get an email order confirmation and on Tues (after holiday weekend) a shipping notice email. Package arrives UPS on Thurs. Very nice except the package looked like an elephant sat on it. I took pics before I opened the box. After opening I found both wing sets broken. Not HL's fault. The box was nicely packed.
So, I immediately call HL. The rep apoligizes and says new wing sets will go out either Thurs. or no later than Friday. I get an order confirmation email. So after not getting a shipping email I call on Sat and was told the items were in stock. For some reason they just didn't get shipped. After not getting a shipping email on Monday I call on Tues.. I am told the wings will not ship until next Mon.. ***? I am told "Parts" ordering go into a different system. I explain that these are not "parts" from an airplane kit. They were spare wing kits with their own item number. I get an "Oops, he put them in the wrong place" from the HL dude. So, he cancels that order and reorder the wing sets. I get another email order confirmation. Well, a few hours later I get an email saying the item(s) I ordered are backordered. :censored: I call and get the same dude. He checks and doesn't know why I got the email since both items are showing as being in stock. But, I get up this morning and check and still no shipping email.
I hope someone at HL is reading this. I understand that you are having teething pains with a new system but geez.
