As I mention in another thread, my original Bellanca Decathlon 480 crashed on its third flight. Well I hit the complaint button again a few weeks ago on their site. Jay (the boss) answered. As we when back and forth, he promise to send me a replacement(when the back order arrived). Only I need to ship him the parts I salavage. I done did that about the 3rd week of August.
The last week of August one the return guys email saying the parts were on his desk and did still want a replacement. I said yes but your boss has taken care of it. (then cut and pasted boss's email tell me he put on back order). I then as joke close the letter "...but hey if you want to send two :)..."
Well they did! :)
Now I have a new problem :mad:
My wife crashed her superstar this sunday, and her cub is waiting on parts....
NOW she wants my extra Bellanca :rolleyes:
