While digging around my storage area, I found my old Jim Ealy 1/5 or 1/6 Minimoa kit. I know it's been sitting there for about 10 yrs and somewhere along the line I converted the plans to CAD and had the ribs laser cut. I think it's time to build it.
My problem is this. The fuselage has a fiberglass canopy and to further add insult to the injury the canopy appears to be a bubble canopy ie SIG Senior rather than a wrap around canopy that comes down to the centerline of the fuselage.
Does anybody have any suggestions as to where I might possibly find a clear canopy for the Minimoa or one that I can adapt to the fuselage? Are there any canopy makers who might beable to pull an canopy if I supplied a mold?
