Help Identify Engine. "SUBR 15"

Hi All..

I have a question. And it is: :-)

I hvve an engine. I need help to find manufacturer, and general info on this
engine.

On one side there is "SUBR" written, and on the other side "15" is written.
It has a water cooled head.

Please help, i have the boat but not the engine, i need to see needle
settings on it before starting it.

No its not.. :-)

Please help me with this.. I cant sail with my hydraplane before i know how
to set up engine..

Thats a different question tho.
Most engines work in generically similar ways.

Fill up the tank, get fuel into the lines, spin em up with a glo starter
attached, and open up the needle valve tuill they run reliably.

For boats as I recall, you need a very rich setting or they stall when
they go in the water.

What about the low mixture needle? I can setup main needle nut not low...
What is default?
