bigger sub than gato?

I just finished building my revel gato sub I still need to detail it but that can wait for winter time.I was wondering is there a bigger model sub than the revell gato? I know that you can buy large hull kits but I was looking for an other large model. I dont care what kind but would like to maybe build a Russian sub because Im married to a women from Russia and we just had our son on the 21 of aug. So any advice would be helpful thanks in advance Dave from Saskatoon Can.

I'm in La Ronge for a few more days, but I suggest you go to Hobby World in Saskatoon and ask to speak with Darren. He's into subs and has a large one, the Robbe U-47.

Also, take a look at the forums on www.subpirates.com to get some information about "high end" subs.

Look up Engle models from Germany. Nice kits, but pricey. Also, scale shipyards have many hulls for large subs.
