I upgrade the ram in my old laptop and have these two 256meg sticks left over. Laptop worked fine with these, just wanted to go with a 1gig swap.
I'm not a savvy computer memory expert, but I hope the pic shows clearly and answers any questions. To the best of my knowledge these are a pair of 256meg sodimm PC-133 style notebook sticks of ram.
