Phoenix low revs

Tried searching for an answer but couldn't find one. I have had Phoenix for a while but have just started trying the helis. But I can't get most of them off the ground! The revs get to 2500ish at full throttle and the heli (T-Rex 450 for e.g.) just sits. Tried training mode and the heli was at 3900 revs. I have also felt the fixed wingers were a bit underpowered as well but they are definitely flyable.

I have a DX7 and it is selected. Editing the profile shows the throttle going to 100%. I can't see where else I can tweak the throttle response. Any ideas?

Ooops, wrong model selected. After selecting my sim model, the heli 'took off'. Now have to work out why the difference!

Couple of full throttle velocities. The GTX jet 50m/s. The Ultimate bipe 22 m/s. Are these right??

50m/s = 180km/h, almost 112 mph
22m/s = 79km/h = 49 mph

Sounds ok for a model.
