False charging peak

Please allow me to pick on your brains. Sometimes my Cxarge lipo charger stops charging even if the pack hasn't reached its optimum 4.19v per cell. On occasions it stops at 4.1v per cell. My lipos are a year old but still give me 5-6min flight time on my heli. On other times when I use a charged pack for a few seconds of flight testing then charge them, I also get the false peaks. What's going on and how can I remedy this?

Possibly a dirty connection - i.e. a bit too much resistance in series with the battery.

Spray contact cleaner on all your battery connectors and the charger connectors..?
