ok I have a question. Wtat would be the right scale hull number decals for my atlantic tug and where can i find matching letters(with the shadowing)

You're free of course to do whatever you like with a "never was" model... but you mentioned before that you wanted to show it in service in WW2. During the war, our ships did NOT use shadowed numbers... for minimal visibility, they used plain white numerals and rather small too. It was AFTER the war that the big shadowed numbers came in.

and Woodland Scenics has a dry transfer set called "45° Gothic" which does these Navy numerals pretty well... see any model RR shop...
