Hi,

Has anyone ever managed to find online Cl, Cd and Cm data for NACA 4-digit mainly but any well-known aerofoils? I had a site in my favourites about 3 years ago but cant seem to find it again.

I need the data to make a DIY wind turbine

Thanks,
Adam

From Sandia National Laboratories:

Aerodynamic Characteristics of Seven Symmetrical Airfoil Sections Through 180-Degree Angle of Attack For Use In Aerodynamic Analysis of Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (http://infoserve.library.sandia.gov/sand_doc/1980/802114.pdf)

Profili 2 has the Xfoil software embedded in it that you can open up for a paltry $15US. With that you can do a plots on any airfoil. You can even alter the Re to suit the conditions you're looking at.
