Diablo EDF

What motor/esc would you recommend for the Diablo EDF? Also, what mounting/adapter.

Looks like it uses the Hyperflow fan, so it needs to be ordered with the standoff adapter only. Which KV really depends on how much lipos space you have. The Wicked 4800 will pull about 30 amps at 330 watts. The Wicked 5400 is about 38 amps and 400 watts. My guess the Wicked 4800 would be best as 330 watts is probably almost 3 times the stock powerplant wattage plus not sure if the model can handle the Wicked 5400s extra power without mods. Just do not use an Electrifly ESC with an outrunner EDF motor. They cannot handle the 6 pole EDF rpms.
