hot water

how hot should the water coming out of my motor be, as it is the water
is steaming when it comes out is that ok or to hot

To hot! Now your prop is to big for the size of motor. Now if your motor
gets that hot, your magnets won't last long and lose the magnetic power.
I'm surprised your motor led wires haven't melted off the motor posts.
What isn't right with this posting is what about your batteries and
heat. Your info about setup isn't enough to give a in the ballpark
answer. I'm just guessing with my answers with info provided.

Hey DLM, I think he is running a gas engine.

Wilkersonga, don't really know there man because I run electric.
Sounds like it is running pretty hot though. That could be due to a
lot of different reasons, as DLM has pointed out, your prop could be
too big which would be causing the engine to load up too much, you
would probably find that it wouldn't run many revs if that were a
problem too.
I think a lean air/fuel mixture will cause it to run a bit hotter too.
