I need a set of guidelines for wing loadings for a penitential project. Any help or a link to a published chart or matrix would be useful and appreciated.

Secondly, would a wing loading of 16-17 OZ per sq. feet be too high for a fairly draggy aerobatic airplane with about 85 watts per pound?

Thanks

First question: DK (don't know) of any charts. It would be good to see such a chart.

Second question: These numbers are quite acceptable, understanding that aerobatic ability may hing more on the watts per pound, than the wing loading. 85WPP would be the normal lower limits for a fair aerobatic plane at this wing loading. Getting the WPP up well over 100WPP moves the performance up to the higher end of the scale.
