Anyone else have problems with shipping from Heliguy.com?

Ordered 1 x Phoenix flight simulator from Heliguy.com on the 11th of August. It arrived into NY on the 12th and has been sitting there ever since (7days). So they got it out real fast. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this. I just sent an email to heliguy.com so they have not had a chance to reply yet, time difference and all.

8 days? Thats just totally normal. Mine took 7 I think.. some take 12.. its all up to customs. Heliguy is a fine place.

BUT.. the way they send it the USPS tracking will NOT update again until you get the package.. kind of stupid but that's how it works.

Yeah, it sucks cause it made it to the states in less than a day and now it is sitting up in NY for the past 8 days. Heliguy was real fast in getting it out it is just the USPS taking its time I guess. Thanks for the info Slyster. Just want to make sure you guys know that Heliguy got it out real fast I am just trying to figure out why it was sitting in NY for so long.

Yea custums can hold a whole shipload of mail if they feel, it is just random i sent a package to a guy that lived in new zeland and when it finnally made it to where he was liveing 6 months later, he had done moved.they sent it back to me leting me know that he had moved i never herd from him since.

Yep, it looked liked customs had beat up the box but it finally made it :D What a great sim by the way, the helicopters crash in it just like they do in real life :o Thanks Heliguy.com
