Well I got this computer last summer, it's been nothing but great to me. It's an insanely fast computer and it was built for gaming. Here we go...
This is the case...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146025
Hardware..
LG multi-cd/dvd player/burner with lightscribe
AMD Dual-core 2.8ghz processor x2 (5600+)
Radeon X1950 512MB by Sapphire; x-fire included
2 gigs of GeIL ram 184-P DDR (3200)
T-Force 550 SE Mother-Board
With this 600W APEVIA power supply; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817148030
7.1 supported sound card,
and 5-slot firewire card
Last but not least,
a 20" wide screen Acer monitor which is still as nice as it was new(no dead pixles, very vibrant colors)
Everything looks pretty much brand new, I vacuum my computer almost once every two months, and take VERY good care of it. So even the inside looks brand new. Email me for pictures if you are interested.
So that's what I'll give you for $425 + shipping.
The only thing that you need is a new SATA 3.0 hard drive, and you're ready to go.
Thanks,
Tom

Seriously speaking, 425 seems a bit too much
Well, actually, a 20" monitor acer, would probably put it up at $380 or something like that.

The price doesn't matter. You won't get it anyway.
Ok, Ok, I stand corrected after readiing the other thread again. I guess you will get it. But it'll take half a year to & it'll probably really be a Comodore 64 or Tandy 1000 :D

That being the case, I revise my bid by demanding that it is delivered C.O.D., payable in Cuban currency, and only after the communist comrade in Customs makes sure there is a computer inside the box!!!

Ya...Trab...I'd gladly help you out if you asked a question in another forum. But you're just WAY to immature to be selling things here. Mistakes happen...but your follow through is LACKING.....and thats being nice about it.
Sell your stuff locally.....I assure you the "hounds" have your scent and it will be awhile before most will leave your ads alone......let alone actually "buy" from you.

You know that I'm trying to make this up, and other members have made an effort to work with me. Why are you the only one thats speaking up about this? What do you have against me?
trab1925

What does immature have anything to do with anything when it comes to online classifieds? You're the one "hunting" me.
GunnyGlow
Aug 17, 2008, 11:34 AM
hunting?? Hardly.....this hunt would be a massacre....not sporting at all!!! LoL
What do I have against YOU....nothing. Like I said...I would gladly help you out in another forum. It's your attitude as a seller that gets me.....everyone should know what they might get into if they deal with you. I have a problem with you as a seller...so until you stop "trying" to sel....I'll make others aware of you and your past dealings.
So you being a juvenile about taking care of business has nothing to do with the classifieds you used to do this "business"?? You just don't get it...do you? You're to immature to handle selling things like this.........if there was good followthrough it would be different. But all you do is post lame ass excuses as to why you didn't do what you should have. Excuses don't carry much weight with most people who have learned a thing or two from this thing we call life.....or this place we call the FSW forum!!

Why are you trying to accuse me of things when I've never even dealt with you before?
Notice, you are the only one that said anything. I've been trying to clear my bad record here with other members help and them sacrificing their credibility and you don't seam to care at all.
You show no sincerity what so ever in my effort to make things up. You think I should for ever be banned from posting on these classifieds? Is that what you think I deserve? If so, just tell me.

Who are you addressing??
We're just trying to make people aware. You keep throwing out lame excuses....stop!! I would be inclined to leave your ads alone if you were to admit fault and stop making excuses. Have you tried to make it right with those you have wronged?? If someone wasn't happy with something I sent them..I would offer up something that might change their mind and make it worth it. And that brings up the communication issue.......stop avoiding people/confrontation when you "fail" in some way. I"m sure MOST of not ALL of these issues... could have been avoided if you had just been honest with buyers and said "No, I have not shipped it. I"m being lame and I apologize. I will have it in the mail by (insert date here) and will keep you informed."
As far as you being banned.....no...but I do think you should work your way back into the clear with some lower value items....like props. My .02...
Am I way off base here?? I would think that most people just want the truth...not excuses. Thats how I feel anyways......

There are three bridges here, in the Washington, DC area I can sell trab cheap. Payment by secured bank funds prior to handing over "the deed", of course!
BTW trab, you are correct. You have never dealt with some of us before; "me" in particular, and for the looks of your track record, you never will either.
A person's actions speak louder than his/her words. Your actions (and or inaction as the case might be) is what finds you in this position. We here, at RCG do not like our members to be taken for a ride, especially if that ride involves the loss of their hard earned cash.
HMMM! OTOH, hard earned cash could be something you may not be familiar with. :(

YES, YOU SHOULD BE BANNED FROM POSTING ON THESE CLASSIFEDS! I think anyone who has 2 or more negatives in their trader ratings should be banned from the classifieds. This would force sellers as well as buyers to communicate better with each other and be more willing to negotiate a mutual settlement then ignoring folks or saying nanny nanny booo booo.

Especially when they do not give a rat's tail about how the "merchandise" is packed prior to shipment. His non chalant attitude shows a total and absolute disregard for other people's feelings, money and property! :o :o :o
well, got the package:
http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d172/willie1280/easystar/IMG_2216.jpg
box was all falling apart and hanging closed by 1 piece of tape,
opened it up to find that he used about 20 plastic bags to support everything. somehow the wings are undamged, but the rudder and horizontal are all warped to hell:
http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d172/willie1280/easystar/IMG_2211.jpg
was in email contact about either a full refund or at least refund to cover new rudder and horizontal. But surprise surprise, his email appears to no longer be valid.
he kept trying to blame it all on UPS and how he had to pay $33 for shipping.
Ill keep ya'll posted

Sometimes it is fun to see how far you guys will go with something like this ;) The kid wanted to sell something, had a few bad dealings, is 'trying to make up for it' (he says) and yet he still gets his stones broken. Is there any way this kid can make it back to RCG good graces? Perhaps he can ship items before being paid in the future as a sign of trust with the buyer. I mean it's the same trust buyers put in the sellers when they send their money first. Then with a few positive feedbacks, turn his life around in the eyes of this online community.
If you are honestly trying to do the right thing, give it a shot kid.
