These where pics where taken this morning at our local sod farm.
Got the day to play and high pressure parked right on us,
life is good!
Steve Boone brought his canopy, and I found the perfect spot for it. :)
Ready to launch, with my lovely assistant/timer Joe Hayes ready with water and fan. :)

All that work keeping you watered and cool. You let me fly just a few times, splatter my picture all over the net but fail to mention that the ugly Falcon 880 although not getting the altitude the Icon 2 did, stayed in the air for a bit longer.
You also failed to mention that you did not break the Victor out, the one plane that has not fallen victim to one of my three 880's at least once at the sod farm after I had packed up to go to work.
You can get your own water and fan yourself from now on!!!! :D
I'll get that Victor yet!!! :p
All in all it was a great time today, the pictures will refresh a long forgotten memory years from now and bring a smile of the good friends.
I have a meeting at 11 am that I can't get out of so flying Wednesday is out for me. :censored:  :censored: :censored: :censored:
Maybe see you guys this weekend weather permitting?????

Great Joe, glad you posted all the flying info, and a pic of the Icon eater.
You really know your Falcons and didn't take long to take the Icon down.
You had some great LONG flights with it.
Steve had some awesome flights with his Saphisticated Lady also, you didn't mention that. :)

Life is no good over northern Europe for RC flying, all blue parts is water falling out of the sky + wind. This keeps going on for ever, grrr. Mouse pointer where I live. Jurgen.

I posted two of the pics I took in the awning thread. Joe can just suck it up. Come strolling into the shade sayin' he decided to land only because it was too hard to fly that high and for so long and keep up with the conversation. :censored: I hate taking a butt whoopin' like that. REVENGE I SAY!!! Next time he can bring all the drinks, a pizza and hold them as well as fan us! Maybe that will give us a chance. :D Had a great time guys! Can't wait to do it again. They took the rain out of the weekend forecast. As far as I know I'm good. I haven't talked to the boss yet.

I apologize to Steve for missing that part. He did have some good flights and filled in another line on his LSF voucher too. Now about the pizza and drinks, a nice greasy meat lovers, you guys hands all slippery dropping Tx's not a bad idea. Then I would not have to work so hard to keep up!!!
The Falcon may have eaten the Icon 2 ONCE but I know it will be steeply launched and zoomed from the Falcons belly only to eat the Falcon alive. Like it did Monday.
It's that darn Victor the Falcon can't touch!!!!
Let's see, can I find the formula to remove the teflon coating it seems to have or is it because you know the Victor so well that the 880 is sucking hind ...??? I need more stick time!!!!!!!!!
Life is good when I am flying with you guys. Entertaining too!!
Maybe see you guys this weekend so I can tell you about the 20 minute meeting I got up early and cleaned up for that kept me from heading to the sod farm today to get rained on????
