Wing Joiners - 3 1/2, 5 or 7°?

Moldies generally come with 3 1/2° joiners but 5° joiners are be available for several popular planes. Now 7° are available for some models - after market. I understand the advantages of the extra dihedral and would be interested in the increased stability. Can anyone speak about the 7° joiners? Are they overkill? Will they fit well or do they create a risky connection? :confused: Regis

Even if when I got two Supras with 3 different joiners each I only tried two of them. When switching from 5 degree to 2,5 degree (isn’t it the correct values?) I noticed that I had to move my CG a lot backwards.
