if your using cardboard you will have to put 6mm balsa frames to support it ever thought about using thin ply

I'm pretty sure this was meant to be a response to my other thread (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=904871), if it is; I have got a good start on my hovercraft today and it is feeling really sturdy so far. Corrugated cardboard and hot glue is a really strong combination. I also plan on reinforcing it with packing tape, this thing will be able to take a serious beating and still keep going I'm really not worried about strength.... just as long as it doesn't get wet!!!! :eek: :p :p
