Don,

Any experience on using the 4000Kv motor on a wattage powerfan. I'm looking to hop up a S-3 Viking.

Thanks,

John

I have only tested in the SF fan which is basically a clone of the Wattage fan.

3S lipo with SF fan (3 blades): 37,500 rpm, 23 amps, 250 watts

I think I have a 6 blade wattage rotor I can test and get you some numbers.

I would be really curious as to the amp draw with 6 blades.

Please confirm before I order. For the Wattage Power Fan, I need the 2.3 mm shaft, motor only.

Thanks,

John

3s and I'm looking at the 4000kv for a twin S-3 Viking. I was looking at shaft size and if I need the adaptor. It looks on some photos that you used the adaptor on the powerfan, but you were using a 4800kv motor.

On 3S you can order them with the 2.3mm shafts.
