Singion,
We have converted our customer support to http://www.hobby-lobby.com/support - we did this to make sure we don't miss any customer communications by way of a misplaced email. If you tried to email one of our old addresses you should have gotten an automatic response pointing you to the new method.
We are doing our best to make customer service here the best in the business. We are always open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Thanks, Jay

I'd call them. I had trouble getting response to email from some pretty reputable e-vendors. It looks like the r/c industry is not fully aware of email yet :)

Mr. Graves,
Might I suggest that it might be best to simply have a person answer the phone and reply to our request?

A while ago I was interested in a sale item, a $300 plus plane but no where did it explain if retracts were included---appox 2 wks later, long after the sale had gone by I received a reply to my e-mail inquiry---a bit discouraging.(I would have ordered as retracts were included)
Answering customer inquiries w/ this type of business is indeed a challange & expensive hiring X number of knowledgeable service people.
It seems Mr Graves is trying to enhance HL's customer service along these interests---hope he succeeds.

I've had no issues calling the sales number and then asking for tech support. Always got someone on the phone. Best to call in the morning when they open or shortly thereafter.
