hi i heard that a nitro rustler is just a entry level truck and that if
i buy one it wouldnt be able to run with the pro's even if i upgrade is

No matter what you buy, you won't be able to run with the pros right off,
though.

Number One,

I am in RC Cars for the third time (in 17 years) and I recently bought a
Nitro Rustler because it's got an electric start and it is a RTR truck .

All the modifications you make will not make it competitive against the
Associateds, the Losi's and the cars built to race.

Go buy a RC10GT or an Adam Drake Losi Truck and race it.

Keep the Rustler for bashing !
