Ok,
I'm starting a project that I hope we not be to hard. A 18cc Gas Weedeater Powered Wooden Airboat. Anyone seen one before? I sure have, well on the internet.
I am totally new to this boating RC thingy, so bare with me. I just need to know have I will be building my airboat hull. I don't know a thing about making boats. My 18cc weed eater is the same size as any other weed eater at Crappy-tire, Home-depot, Wal-mart, etc...
Anyways, my questions:
Anyone have a basic idea of how thick my wood should be for my hull?
How do I make a boat hull? (how to make it water tight?, strong?, weight balanced?)
