Is this interesting or what? I don't want to think about the drag of it. But what about the slow-speed, high alpha lift from all of those Kline-Fogleman-ish full-length vortex generators.

You've just gotta know that somewhere, someone is trying to figure out how to telescope those wing sections together to smooth out the transitions and never even realizes the lift that will give up right where you'd want it the most.
