I saw a YouTube Video just last night, the Israelis are working on some of those to help with finding things (Like Mortor tubes) in Dark narrow alleys.

Hardly a military orientated UAV ; obviously a toy.Worse, it claims to be the world's first flapping wing robot.Yeah, sure. I would like to comment on that, but in the new climate of political correctness I would no doubt get banned for bad language etc.
Reference the comment, I see no searchlight beams coming out the front of the bug look-alike.
