UAV plans where to start

ok so i am new to UAV but not the RC plane hobby. i have recently decide to build a UAV but cannot find plans.

I would like to build something similar to the Predator or "MIT kids" build (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=572000) can anybody point me to some plans close to what i have specified. thanks in advance.
