can anyone tell me the comman places to check for water leaks in my proboat cat?does the shaft that drives the prop pull in water while turing at high rpms?and has anyone removed the head shims to increase the comp and what nitro do you run and is it worth it?what prop angle also works the best? and what prop works the best?if you can help with any of these questions that would be great thanks.

You might want to post this in the nitro boat forum, this forum is for buying and selling.

you might try regreasing the propshaft with marine waterrepellant grease such as the coastal marine grease at autozone for $2.99. this solved the leak in my tugboat, but speedboat might not be such an easy fix.
