Running Aerofly on Vista?

I bought Aerofly with the Icarus full scale add-on for my son's birthday, so he could play it on his laptop when he goes off to college. But the program won't start properly, says it needs OpenGL 2.0. The computer is a Dell Vostro running Vista. I downloaded the latest NVidia driver from Dell, but it still won't work. Anyone know what I need to do to get the program running?

Check if the video card on the Dell Vostro is OPEN GL 2 compliant... (check the video chipset name against an nvidia database). If not... might be a dead end...

(what is the service tag on the computer -usually it's a 5 or more number and letter combination used on the dell website to identify the insides of their computers)
