While we are not ready to declare final victory I am happy to announce that our phone company has tracked down and solved a number of problems today. Our average hold time today been less than 60 seconds with no hangups - and we are monitoring it like a hawk to make sure it stays this way.

I apologize to those of you that had issues and appreciate your feedback - it helps us find problems and get better. Keep it coming.

friday i tried again to get h/lobby on the phone. aint gonna happen, i was 15th. if i remember correctly. after 13 minutes i gave up again, but im going to keep trying because anyone can have issues with their phone services. ;)

I called HL on Saturday. It kept telling me I was #1 and wait time was 1 minute. I got that message several times. After about 5 minutes I finally got answered. Not a big deal, but if I am #5 and wait time was 5 min. that would have been good to know.
