Hey im new to this forum, and im hopping up a homelite 31 cc engine, and
so far i have the flywheel cut, bigger carb, and C. Case filling..
I am water cooling this, so i have turned the cooling fins down on a
lathe already, but i havent made a jacket yet..
This is the first time ive used this particular enigne, but now that i
turned it down, there is a very tiny PERFECTLY ROUND hole through the
cylinder CENTERED above the exhaust port... I can see the piston
through the hole, when i put my finger over it, compression bassicaly
doubles..
Should i fill in the hole?
And also, is a carb from a 50cc chainsay way to big to still have an
idle?
Thanks,
Andrew
