looking for electronic set up for a good price

I'm building a roundnose hydro and i still need the electronics for it.
I have two brushed electric motors, custom built shafts, but i still
need a transmitter/reciever, one ESC, and battery. i'm not picky, dont
need new stuff, just something that works since im on a limited budget.
i didnt see anything listed in the " for sale" forum. anything would be
nice, thanks.
