I recently purchased a WingDragon 4 and am looking to use a flight sim to learn the basics and all.

does anyone know if I can use a model of the WD4 in aerofly professional deluxe, how to get one, or a model that is close enough?

if not, are there other programs that would allow me to practice with the closes approximation of how the WD4 flies?

thanks.

There seems to be an FMS version of the WD4 located here (http://www.geocities.com/rizkyssetio/FMS/fms.htm).

You can get FMS 2.8.5 at the FMS site (http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/down.html).

I have vista and it seems FMS isn't too friendly with it

Many have FMS working with Vista. The 2 things that most often happen is the lack of a physical COM port in newer computers, FMS needs a COM port to run and the need for the DirectX 9 .dll.

Search for "ecomport" on the FMS forum for the COM port error and search for "vista dll" for the directX .dll error.

Here's a link to a successful Vista install (http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4813&highlight=vista+dll).

I have not heard of a fix for the flickering issue although I believe it is only on one type of video card. Updating your video drivers might help. Sorry I don't have a handy solution for you.
