Wanted Drive System

Hey folks, I am looking for a complete electric drive system less the motor. I need it all from motor mount, drive shaft, to rudder. I aquired a nice little 24 inch or so fibergall boat with nothing in it. I want to set it up for a young kid like seven. He already flys planks but loves boats. I was thinking along the lines of the Traxxas system or the Graupner system. Something in decent shape that works. Let me know what you have and a pic and price would be nice.

i have a hull with a shaft, prop, and stearing servo in it. i will sell for 20 shipped. it looks not so great but is in perfect condition (menaing no scratched,dings, or holes) just faded, sunbleached paint, and ripping off stickers.
