Homemade Y-Harness?

How difficult is it to make a Y-harness so that I can mix the ailerons into a single channel? I have all kinds of servo leads and connectors I can use, just not sure about how (or IF) I can wire them up...??

Its pretty easy if you can solder. Take two female servo leads(ie charge sockets) and one male servo lead(like what comes out of a servo), and join the appropriate colours together, ie all reds to reds, all browns to browns and all oranges to oranges. Make sure none of the joins can touch the other exposed joins, hot glues is good for insulating them, and you're set.

(this assumes all leads are standard factory colour codes and have not been modified or reconfigured)
