Polyurethane would probably be your best solution. I don't know how well it will stick to ABS but it is sticky and generally holds to most any surface. I'd do a couple of test joints first.

The solvent action glues are generally much stronger and durable with plastic than reactive adhesives (CA, Epoxy).

One thick solvent glue I have had good luck with is Weld On 16 - you can bond styrene to ABS with it:

I would probably use an Epoxy.
Rough up the area of ABS to be bonded with sandpaper.

UHU glue. It's for styrofoam and anything else. It is a little pricey at Hobby Lobby mail order or try Hobby Lobby craft stores. I think it was around $4 tube.

I am currently making a bridge structure out of 1 inch foam insulation and I use just plain old yellow elmers glue, then seal with epoxy.

P.S. Hog, took a look at your website, you guys are coming right along. Congrads.

I've had good luck with polyureathane glues and foam. This is the poly glue from a caulking tube and LOTS of foam.
