I am looking to build a landyacht but had some questions on the sail and the
rigging. What materials and shape should the sail be? I have seen a
picture of a "wing" sail but I was looking to make a more traditional cloth
sail. With the sail, other than size and shape, how does one attach it to
the mast? The last question that I had is about the sail rigging and
servos. I understand that one servo goes to the steering for the front
wheel but what is the setup for the sail controls? Thanks in advance.

refer to the links under "Boats, Yachts, Submarines, Warship Combat and
Nautical reviews" sub section = "Land and Ice yachts

There are many sail rigging and handling hints on the yacht pages.
