I sent in an HV-85 for warranty repair back in April I believe (Please check and see when it arrived). I've called to check on it 2 or 3 times and just get the answer that it'll be ready "soon". Soon has come and gone. We are trying to get routines down for IRCHA and need to be flying everyday....
I went as far as to purchase a fourth HV-85 so we shouldn't be down.....now my son has crashed and I've got to send it back for repair.........but I need my warranty unit back ASAP. Could someone please give me a realistic completion date for the warranty repair?

Alan,
Sorry for the delay. You simply sent your controller in for service between production cycles. The new HV batch wasn't run and we had none left in stock.
I will try to get a specific update for you tomorrow. We just made a batch of the HVs, I would think you should get one of them.

I'll wave the BS flag on that, my new HV-85 is dated May 08 and it came direct from CC within a few days of placing my order (just over 2 weeks ago). :o

Hey, watch it. I don't BS with you or anyone else.
My reply was an educated guess as to what happened. I was posting after hours -- on my own time.
Alan, sorry for the delay. We did make a batch of controllers in early May. Your controller was received here on May 5. The entire batch that was made was shipped before yours was processed in. We are backordered on everything here. Due to the lead times and other factors we often seem to fall short of the backorder AT THE TIME OF THE PRODUCTION RUN! We hate it as much as you do, trust me.
We will try and get you taken care of ASAP. Christy will be in touch with you.

Christy called this morning, my ESC will go out this afternoon. I'm going to ship my crashed ESC back to you today, Priority mail.
