Just wondering if anyone out there has had success mounting small, powerful speakers on an aircraft to playback sounds? i.e. apocalypse now sequence re-enacted for a ridiculous short comedy sequence..

any help much appreciated

oh its been done for scale aircraft sound. However care when building the structure to get a decent uncolored response is necessary.

And decent loudspeakers need a big stiff box, and weigh a LOT.

You could probably build a loudspeaker in using say film covering as a diapragham, and tacking on a coil from an old loudspeaker, and making up some neo magneted drivers for it.
