Sean Kinkade problems

Anyone else have problems with receiving items from Sean Kinkade? My husband paid over $300 for a model and never received anything, despite repeated efforts to contact him. We listed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I guess it's too late to do anything else.

Sorry to say that many people have had similar problems with Kinkade going back many years. Here's one of the more lengthy threads discussing this:

Some people have had luck with bugging him about it until he finally does send them their order, in some cases people have gotten orders that were over a year old. That's about your only recourse, just keep emailing and calling to leave messages. You might also consider contacting the police in his area, sometimes a visit or call from a police officer can get someone's attention.

I am still waiting for a Pterodactyl that I paid for back in November 2006.

Seems like Sean might have been shipping some birds again, it sure would be nice to get my Ptero.

I am waiting for a Shrike from 2-years ago, He wont even answer my emails now. Seems he is still shipping to those he can make money from and not to those he owes,crook.
