Just finished Myrtle corey she is ready to run just need batteries for new hitech radio and drive battery. Installed is the Dumas gearhead motor, Hitech radio and Hitech ESC. the whloe house lifts of for access or it can be glued on and the roof lifts off. for shipping the stacks, paddle wheel are removable. The pictures don't show the windows and trim is green and the white is distressed. shipping depends on where it is shipped to, I charge what they charge me. PayPal or postal money order 500.00
