some questions

im interesteed in UAV's. but i want to make something like an electric plane that flys slow and could have some solar panels on it. (a glider maybe). and carry a camera.
something that is hard to see in the sky, stable and safe.
any help on plans, etc.

Read this forum. Search on solar power. There are many posts on these subjects.
