I received a Flaycanone2 used.
The lens is scratched, the body of the machine is scratched it does not turn on and the battery is damaged with zero volts.
Not recharges through the USB port of your PC.
Do not believe me this is occurring, bought a new product and received a product of second-hand, that does not work and used.
Please correct this error.
I await your return immediately ....

I thank your response.
I just received an email from Freda Watson.
I think that things are settling and realized that the Hobby-Lobby preserves much their customers.
Unfortunately this problem and believe to be an isolated case.
Soon put here the progress of solutions.

The other day I was going to use my FlyCamOneII and it would not turn on. So I charged it up with the USB and no love I contacted HobbyLobby for a good address for FlyCam to fix it. And Hobby Lobby e-mailed me back saying just send it to them and they would send me a new one. I was in ALL because I bought it like in November or December time frame and was not thinking they would do that for me. It is nice to see great customer service like that. Now I know why I by from them so much.

The case is resolved.
I received another camera at home, this is in perfect conditions of use.
