I had one of the Arrowshark cats and I've seen a couple more down the
lake here. My advice is to steer clear of them.
The hulls are not straight and will perform like a dog. I put one of
my race engines in mine and it was uncontrollable. I got rid of it
real quick and bought an Insane cat.
Haven't seen any of the proboats so I can't comment.

There are options for good quality hulls in Australia. Unfortunately,
most are on the East Coast so you will get hit with shipping charges
too.

Seahawk,
I also thought that the arrowshark boats looked good and bought their
21 sized RTR mono. Should be classified as almost RTR. Hate to say
looks were only packaging deep.Glass work was rubbish and shaft was
full of welding flux(still won't straighten after being out of the boat
six months) Tuned exhaust is a joke. All I can say is the hardware looks
reasonable but, as I've seen the rest of their work forget it; buy some
from a better known source. as for the multi exit exhaust is it wanted
for looks or function? As for Pro boat haven't seen one, won't comment.

FWIW, I looked at the Pro Boat and decided on an Aquacraft
Super Vee Brushless because of the quality of the hardware.
I've had it for several weeks and am happy with my choice.
The hardware and fit and finish are very good and the boat
is fast right out of the box.

Also check out the Mini boats at www.minicatracingusa.com Their Micro
Hydro is only 15" long but will give your Super Vee a run for it's money.
They are awesome!

Squidhead Racing

Sea Hawk West Oz,
I have a brand new, no holes drilled Stryker F41 Cat with a Paris cowl
if you're interested?.
RRP for the hull here in Oz is $510 then approx $100-120 shipping from
the East Coast. (These are imported from RC Boat Works in the US)
I will let it go for $400 (and I'll even deliver it to you).
Only reason I am selling it is that I doubt I will get to it anytime
soon as I have too many other boats and builds I am working on (gas and
nitro outriggers).
Let me know if you're interested.
